I wake up like a cranky bear. There is no way around it, I always have. It doesn't matter if I get 10 hours of sleep, or 6, I just have a hard time waking up in the mornings. I do not pop out of bed like some people do. I have struggled with this my whole life.
I am looking for ways to help me get out of bed easier? I don't know if having the house at a higher temperature in the mornings would help or if I had the lamp in the bedroom set to come on when my alarm sounds would help, I really don't know.
